Journal Policies

1. Publication Ethics

The Journal of Taiji Science (JTS) is committed to upholding the highest standards of ethical publishing. We follow the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). All authors, editors, and reviewers are expected to adhere to ethical conduct, including honesty, integrity, transparency, and fairness.

2. Authorship and Contributions

Authorship must be limited to individuals who have made a significant contribution to the research. All co-authors must approve the final version of the manuscript and agree to its submission.

3. Open Access Policy

JTS is an open-access journal. All articles are published under a Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY), allowing for unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited.

4. Peer Review Process

All submissions undergo initial editorial screening followed by a double-blind peer review by at least two independent reviewers. See our detailed Peer Review Policy for more information.

5. Archiving and Indexing

JTS uses digital archiving systems such as LOCKSS and CLOCKSS to preserve published content. The journal is committed to maintaining permanent access to all published articles.

6. Plagiarism Policy

All submissions are checked for originality using plagiarism detection tools. Manuscripts found to contain plagiarized content will be rejected or retracted.

7. Data Sharing and Transparency

Authors are encouraged to make their data publicly available or to include data availability statements. Transparency and reproducibility are key values of the journal.

8. Corrections and Retractions

In case of significant errors or misconduct, the journal may issue corrections, retractions, or expressions of concern following COPE recommendations.

9. Conflict of Interest

All authors, editors, and reviewers must disclose any financial or personal conflicts of interest that could influence their work. Transparency is required at every stage of the publishing process.
